Everything was great during 4 days, really enjoyed its good location next to transportation, in-and-out of Rome, restaurants and other attraction points for hop on hop off bus and the Colosseum and Central Train station. It was new-fashioned, spacious and like in the pictures...

The hotel's location was excellent, very close to transportation in-and-out of Rome, the main metro station, and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Esquilino district was definitely worth visiting. Stayed in a double room like in the pictures which was perfect for me.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a local area, so close to the main station, about a 10 minute walk, and other attraction points for hop on hop off bus. The room was neat with clean bathroom, very comfortable bed and fridge, thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

It's a 10-15 minute walking distance from downtown. the staff at Ann Inn in Rome are very attentive which made my stay enjoyable. the location of the inn is perfect and excellent as it is in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore. It's only a short 10-15 minute walk from downtown, giving guests easy access to all the attractions.

The twin/double room was beautifully decorated and tidy with hypo-allergenic pillows, a mini-bar, central heating, and a multi-channel TV available. This place was great with a well-appointed room and nice amenities.
